The Sparkling Mermaid Tutu is a fun skirt and dress up tutu for any mermaid celebration or everyday wear!
Customers love Sweet Wink tutus because the tulle is super soft and doesn't scratch or itch little ones. Another great feature of sweet wink tutus is that the embellishments on the tutus don't "shed". You'll never have to worry about glitter trailing all over your store or customer's house!
