WOW!!!!! We really LOOOOVVVVVEEE this polish "Dreamer". It is soooo vibrant on the nails and makes a BOLD statement! It is a clear based polish with purple and blue neon polka dot glitters scattered throughout. The glitters come in a variety of sizes and we included a small amount of tiny short blue bars to compliment the look. You can wear this over any color and have a different look every time. This polish has a great amount of bright neon glitters scattered throughout it!
